The Expert Multiservices Quality System is based on the quality requirements of ISO 9001 - 2000 - Services which is composed of:

• Quality Manual
• The Quality Assurance Procedures
• Internal Auditing Manual
• Airport Assistance Manual
• Events Organizing Manual

These elements form the Quality System  of Expert Multiservices Impex SRL, constrain the choice of direct service providers based on quality criteria firmly established by policy of the company and offers the guarantee of insurance services to customers at a minimum standard quality in accordance with the EU requirements.
The Quality System Structure at S.C. EXPERT IMPEX SRL MULTISERVICES is reflected in the activities, in job descriptions and duties of each individual employee.
